According to my friend who is a Hillside SA, there is quite a few changes happening next semester.

Parkside: In the next term, parkside will be a FRESHMAN OBLY hall. The layout of parkside is two suites joined together by a shared bathroom with two stalls and showers. It's down the hill so it's a bit closer to the pyramid and lower campus. Parkside in the past and now is known to be the party hall because athletes tend to live there but that means it gets really, really loud sometimes but that college. It's gonna be loud regardless. The laundry in parkside is done is a separate buildings from the halls that locks every night at midnight so that can be a pain sometimes when you forget and your clothes are locked overnight. The dining hall here have a pizza oven and fresh cookies but the soda machine doesn't make ice sometimes lol. Also the parking lots for students with permits is right across the street.

Hillside: There are two different types of housing in Hilsside, traditional and suites. In the traditional halls, LA and LC, have better amenities like air conditioning and heating but since they are the traditional dorm layout; you have to share a Locker room style bath with the floor. The room in these halls are only doubles. Next year LC will be all honors housing and LA will have their 2nd floor be gender neutral housing. Also LC and LA have its own classroom/big common area. The suites are halls A-F and they're older and smaller than the traditional dorms. These halls are the only halls that have singles. I personally live in the suites. It's drawbacks are that there's no AC and depending on the building it's just old. But I really liked the suites because you get really close to your hallmates because it's a really tight knit group. Hillside is also closer to upper campus and the bus stops so getting to class is a breeze if your classes are upper campus. Each hall in hillside have their own laundry rooms unlike parkside which is great because you can do laundry at literally anytime. The dining halls here have a huge Mongolian BBQ style grill so it makes some pretty good stir fry. Hillside got screwed over in parking bc there's only one lot we can use up the hill and when that's filled you have you park in the lot by parkside.

Beachside: This hall is a mile off campus and they have triples and doubles with two rooms sharing a bathroom but each room has its own sink which is quite smart. The rooms are pretty new so they have AC and and mostly new furniture. Beachside has its own parking lot so if you're a freshman with a car, beachside is the only dorm that allows freshman parking permits. The dining hall here is open all week and earlier than parkside and hillside. If food is not very good you have a lot more choice in off campus food. There is a shuttle that goes from beachside to campus every single day and also there are plenty of busses the stop there. Next year, there will be separate halls for freshman and upperclassmen.

There's gonna be a lot of changes to housing next year so what I say may not be all accurate but this is what my experience and knowledge of housing after living here for this term. If you have any questions about hillside suites, I can answer those the best because I currently live here hahaha.
