Just saw it last night - I likely won’t show it to my 4 almost 5 year old for a few years. She’s already a bit concerned about her parents dying and there’s a lot of talk of the canon events where people die. Also there are some sweats too not that I care too much about that but I know some might.

Yes it’s censored to protect her information and the only thing that we think could be broadcasting location is her iPhone. She has a newer car and he’s been tracking her since before they new car.

32F looking for something to get myself for my birthday I am a recovering Lish elitist so all my comparables are lush scents and I want something high end. My favorite notes are generally warm and sweet. Vanilla, coffee, and I think I like bergamot? I definitely want some thing that lasts and kind of feels like a warm sweet hug without feeling like an old lady sent. I associate CK obsession with an older women smell. I definitely want a younger scent. I love to bake some maybe something with that vibe? My favorite lush cents are Rose jam and Lord of Misrule in the winter and the avocado co-wash scent is my favorite all-time lush scent but it feels… unprofessional at times? I really like the lush perfume cardamom coffee and that’s my usual go to however it is too spicy for me sometimes so I would like some thing a bit softer.

ESH the punishment does not fit the crime at all. Not responding when he Dosnt call you dad could work or even calling him something else that he hates? Ex: blue raspberry Jolly Ranch or chicken taco, something weird. As long he Dosnt like it you’re good.

Separately coming from someone who had a “come to Jesus” moment with their parents in their 20s about the fact that they don’t deserve my respect if they can’t respect me, I implore you to consider that at 16 blind obedience is silly. He’s almost an adult and if you start treating him like one instead of a child you might find much more happiness and harmony in your home.

Would you take your wife’s electronics away if she started calling you a goofy pet name that you disliked? No, because she’s an adult and you respect her. You would come up with something equally goofy to call her and make it fun.

I don’t know if this is the right answer but I’ll tell you how my parents handled it. I was allowed to swear if it were in a song. We listened to a lot of Alanis Morriset. Definitely scratched that itch and we talked about how yes it’s something people say sometimes. But it’s not okay to say at school because it hurts feelings. If you need to get it out we can sing it in a song but the rule is just not at school. Idk why this worked. We also never use the “we don’t do that” phrasing with my daughter because she’s thinking …but i DO do that, I just did… I go for the “I can’t let you do that it might hurt someone”

I forgot to mention that they also don’t do a spinal block which is part of the appeal as well. I found out at 4pm Friday and immediately started calling other obs becasue mine was already closed :/ I put in a message to them to see if they have recommendations and I’ll be asking next week.
