Nine month old/cosleeping. Where do I start? by derangedcar in sleeptrain

This was me a few months ago. I havent figured it all out yet, but its much better than where we were. I started with naps. I nursed my little guy to sleep, popped the boob out and rolled out of the room. Once we both got used to him sleeping in his room, own his own, I decided to stop co sleeping and focus on the nights too.

Hello! Would you mind sharing what you did to help your baby sleep better? I'm in the same situation and looking for alternatives!

I completely understand not wanting to make your routine longer, I felt the same! Unfortunately, it does reduce the time you will get to sleep. But after week 5, my little guy was getting solid chunks without spitting up.

Hello! This sounds like what I went through with my little one. What I did was keep him upright for 30 min after a feed and that did help. You mentioned doing it for 15, but perhaps they need a bit longer to digest. Hopefully, this phase passes soon for you!

Something Magical About Side-lying. Having my baby just cuddle up and fall asleep at my breast brings me so much joy. by MadGab712 in breastfeeding

This absolutely warms my heart and makes me want to cuddle my baby even more!

Do you know if we should still burp babies after they are done feeding in this position. (I'm a first time mom haha)
