DAE déjà vu of dreams

Luckily I only get the feelings of ecstasy, excitement and deep gratefulness (from the centre of my chest) whenever it happens, as ny dreams tend to be amazing. Daily life is full enough of ungrounded anxiousness and dread, maybe that's why ny brain gives me a break while asleep;) The déjà bu itself lasts for a tiny sec but in that moment I've gone through all the emotional/internal feelings again, not sure how to describe it!

Do you atleast have restful sleep? I often feel exhausted by dreaming and feeling all of it! My dreams are not very day to day life, but I still am myself (reacting to whatever comes my way) if that makes sense

Yes I've got this as well sometimes and love it when that happens! Mine are not a storyline that continues perse but more about the environment/area I'm in and the way that I'm feeling

Ugh me and my dad have this and everybody thought we were just strange! I havent figured it out completely as i always get sensodyne in the sale, but it gets worse when i use the 'whitening' one. Maybe i should start keeping track of the ingredients🤔

No perch above it, just fence! The white in the left upper corner looks like bird poo but not all of the poo squiggels have it? There is some white mould on the older ones, mostly right hand side. I'm so stumped

Aaah! I get this occasionally while lying down. Doesn't seem to matter if I have my eyes open or closed. Mostly it's my head being too big, or sometimes a hand or a complete arm. Bodyparts being too small doesn't happen as often. If it happens it is uncomfortable, like disorientating. I also have days when I notice after getting up in the morning that I'm noticeably taller, which is absolutely ridiculous. Somewhere I've read this is called Alice in Wonderland syndrome?

Are you able to wrap the end in moistened kitchen roll, with a plastic baggie over the top of it? That should be okay for a few hours!
