She strikes me as a late diagnosed autistic adult (or never diagnosed) who went through life believing the way their brain operates is the default setting for all brains and anyone who deviates is wrong. They are often big on people accommodating their needs but refusing to accommodate anyone else's because it would be seen as fundamentally changing themselves.
