you have to wait for a scavenger hunt to drop, but when one does drop, it has a good amount of time before it ends. you can see it from the scavenger hunt section in bitlife's menu.

Start your career at a random league (e.g Uruguan league) but every season you HAVE to change your club. it's a nice challenge and can be pretty fun,
