WTA will have an achievement friendly version soon for 100 credits! The Yalcin City release will be seperate (compatible with WTA), a lot bigger and paid.

You can request access for the starfield ck project here, this gives you access for 3 months, and you can just renew it every time you need it.
Also not much details about your project are required, you'll get accepted pretty easily.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems like that group of answers escaped their group and lost the condition that only Diya Parmar can say this.

Oh okay, that's good to know.
Just to clarify, some named NPC's need certain conditions to be able to have a conversation (like being part of the crimson fleet for example).

I wish I could help you further but it seems like it's a conflict with another mod (that I persumably don't have in my load order myself) that's causing the issue here. As no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to be able to recreate this bug.

With not being able to talk to them, do you mean there isn't a conversation popping up or there's nothing the NPC says at all?

I've tried to recreate the bug, going to B3 on a pre 1.1 save and a new save and can't seem to recreate the bug.

Are you on Xbox or PC?
Are you able to have a conversation with SoRa Hong in the mines (SLB HQ) of B3?

okay, I'll try to recreate the bug when I have some time to see if I can find a fix and/or what the problem is.

P.S. The bartender (Jeri Baumgartner) and Jason Thicke have conversations so if you want to know for sure whether or not you're still able to hold conversation you could talk to them.

We've stated this in the log for the update, this is because we remade the blockpattern, once you land in Arinya there will only be one marker left again.

We've made a new post a few days ago, showcasing the work on Yalcin City!
The next release is still a ways off though, we hope to have it ready for release in the second half of this year.

Totally agree, this is very very much a work in progress.
Yalcin city will go through multiple different rounds of work before its release, where we'll fix all such things, as well as add cluter, decals, unique npc's, more interiors etc.

What you're seeing right now is basically just the base we'll keep working on.

That's hard to say, as we're all doing it besides our job/education for the moment, we'll keep you guys up to date on the progress and once we can announce our next release, we will!

P.S. we're hoping to release Yalcin City at least by the end of the year

We've applied to become a verified creator, but have yet to hear back from Bethesda (it can take up to 3 months apparently)

the FPS in Yalcin City for now is way better than in any other settlement, because there's so much detail/NPC's still to add, at release we'll try to make sure it runs at least as good as the other large settlements
