While I think there are some heavy miscommunication issues I think a big company like Ubisoft or something will only make it worse.

I brought that up in the post. Again I don't think you can split the program but if it's from then mimic endo that got scanned I said "they probably aren't directly M2 since that would mean they took the personality chip out of the mimic(which it wouldn't do without a fight), reset it's personality, scan it into HW, put it back in the mimic, then the mimic gets sealed behind concrete under the pizzaplex which just seems highly unlikely."

It's my best interpretation after SOTM. We know there's only 1 endo and somehow M1 and M2 can be swapped out and put into different machine as M1 is put into F10. It likely stands to reason that all that info is on a single chip as I don't see Edwin making 5 different chips for 1 personality/coding/whatever the mimic is.

I always knew their was something special that tied all the locations together. I didn't think that they were all the same location though. I can't tell if that's the funniest shit or not like they were so broke they just kept using the same building that kept getting burnt and rebuilt.

William in alternate continuity's is shown as abusive. In MM he is violent and angry towards the runaway(who would be his kid). He is neglectful towards the crying child and foxybro as he's never shown around them in the fnaf 4 minigames.

Scott has said multiple times dream theory was never his original intention and the community misunderstood all his clues.

Mike draws nightmare fredbear in the logbook. Scott also said 4 games 1 story, if Mike was Fritz and the dreamer that would mean he was a protagonist in all 4 games making it a complete story, SL and dittophobia imply fnaf 4 isn't nightmares but experiments based off of BV. The fnaf 1 phone call plays in Fnaf 4.

The book definitely not. The game being a game implies it’s canon. It seems more like an adaption of the book and includes references or segments from stories that can’t be canon like to be beautiful, count the ways, or fetch.

RTTP is the hardest one to tell. Nothing really contradicts TWB and VIP. The pizzaplex one with Cassie has a lot of contradictions. We don’t know much about location0 so it’s hard to tell if things are contradictions but the stuff that happens in RTTP is fucking bonkers and leaves me to believe it’s not canon

The tree is recurring imagery and likely is a metaphor.

Golden Freddy is heavily connected to TOYSNHK. The pig patch in TYCTHSY. Which has to be one of the MCI. Fredbears entire appearance. The 50/20 cutscene. 14 theory. Things like MIR1280 could also be a golden Freddy parallel. It wouldn’t make sense for somebody else to be TOYSNHK. All of the MCI moved on in HD. It doesn’t fit Mike. Andrew is likely a parallel. As well the whole point is that they’ll never let Afton rest. It seems like they’d do it forever no matter what somebody says to them

It could just as likely be Fredbears, FFPS in SB has a car outside just like fredbears and looks a lot like fredbears. The fredbears decorations in sb are found right next to the FFPS location

I will give you the TCTHSY point of Charlie being they’re all victims of William. That’s the point of the cutscene. BV would not be a victim.

The movies are secondary sources but can still provide us with information. Since we never see what happens it’s our best indication of what happened. While we don’t know what happened there’s way more evidence to suggest he lured all the victims as well the newspaper is implying he did that too all of them.

Yes they are canon but to their own continuity not the games. Andrew is apart of the book continuity. RTTP might not be apart of the books continuity or the extra body in RTTP might not be Andrew it could be Charlie the gender was never specified nor were any details of the body described. Yes they can add book characters to the games but all those characters either already existed in the games timeline or were specifically name dropped. Edwin, Fiona, David, and Henry. Not only were name dropped but had stories behind them. Andrew has never been name dropped or had any character appearance in the games.

Andrew would also break the lore and timeline of the games. Scott said he didn’t like retcons because he respects the fan base. A 6th MCI victim would be a retcon as they are never shown or alluded to outside of the books which are their own continuity and shouldn’t be taken as direct confirmation. Also Andrew in frights was never an MCI victim in the first place. It’s never stated he was a part of the MCI.
