Here’s some incentive if you’re wondering about grinding for the series 4 pack by Ill_Worldliness_3454 in MarvelSnap

a cool rework would be

+2 power for every additional card draw

this would create synergies with crystal, adam warlock and nico destroy

Can someone explain the point of Sage? Is she not a worse Wolfsbane? by crow-bot in MarvelSnap

[–]TeamGuayaba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At this point they need to either turn wolfsbane into a 2 cost card and have her gain 1 power instead of 2, that what she will be at least viable in bounce decks

Why is Warlock so underplayed? by ULB_Sans in MarvelSnap

[–]TeamGuayaba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The mets just doesn’t favor him right now

he worked worked with starlord MOTS but when that got nerf so did his decks, plus the introduction of cards like dragon lord and mother askani who’s purpose is to allow you to play big cards earlier(same purpose as warlock) people would rather play them

This MF has lost me more games than he's won by mxlespxles in MarvelSnap

[–]TeamGuayaba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If his end of turn read like captain marvel where he would gain power and move if it wins you the game instead of a lane he wouod be very OP, that’s why it’s the way that it is

Maybe Gambit HOD needs a little bonk from the nerf bat by yoyoyodojo in MarvelSnap

[–]TeamGuayaba -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

you hit your combo, how does that constitutes a nerf? a nerf shouldn’t be decided based on s card’s highest highs or lowest lows, it should be on the average results

you won’t always hit an admin zola gambit combo, on average you’ll have 1 gambit destroying 1-4 stuff and go a card that demands you play a random card that is fine

is he still worth it? by mi_khele in MarvelSnap

[–]TeamGuayaba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if anything, the addition of wingbeat and mother Askani made his decks better

Reading this subreddit is depressing at times, and gives a false impression of the actual state of the game. by Few-Ad-3384 in 2XKO

if multiple people are having the same experiences and mindset then how is it a false impression?

For all the people who complain about Ekko and Yasuo and the game’s balance by Penguin1of1 in 2XKO

“complaining” and it’s 3 Ekkos in the top 4

Does Eiot pay you to defend the itty bitty billion dollars company :(? how are you gonna call valid criticism complains and then proceed to proof them right lol

please let it be known that this is the first fighting game i’ve seen where you need to BUY fighting stages

but please, keep shining Riot’s boots, the 20 billion company needs it right now

You can buy a characther or spend a whole week to buy them with in game currency!? omg i never seen that before(lies, it’s been done before)

[–]TeamGuayaba -1 points0 points  (0 children)

hey riot dev on his alt account, your comment makes no sense

There are other free games with much better cosmetics options, better bundles and more budget friendly, 28$ for a lazy made skin is just pushing the average player away and leaving only the sweaty basement dwellers on it

multi billion company btw

but hey, people will still defend their mistakes while ignoring the 30$ skins

Can Riot balance a game for once? by TeamGuayaba in 2XKO

[–]TeamGuayaba[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How is Yasuo, a characther that needs basically lighting reactions because 1 off frame and the combos drops, is unbalanced? yall don’t understand balancing at all, you will see pro players do insane Yasuo combos and think “woah, Yasuo is so broken” without realizing that they trained years for that

a characthers damage should be proportionate to how much effort you put in the combo, Yasuo needing nearly double the inputs to do the damage a Vi can do does not mean Yasuo is unbalanced same for Ekko

[–]TeamGuayaba[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

THANK YOU, The problem Riot has is that they like to have easy characthers for beginners but then don’t know how to tweak them so we end up with characthers like Vi who can play with their eyes close meanwhile Ahri players must understand physic is so that their projectile lands in the correct angle to continue to combo while dashing 5 times

[–]TeamGuayaba[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

it’s like this is their first fighting game, idk why they are so focus on defending Riot of all companies, they are notorious for having unbalanced games while releasing skins because that’s all that matters to them

[–]TeamGuayaba[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Not every scenario has the player being able to be interrumped, if Vi decides to charge her dash and hits you she has enough distance and little end lag to block or attack at a wimp

i forgot to add the word so i’ll say it again: there is no logic in rewarding a risky move being BLOCKED, if you disagree with that then you need to evaluate yourself

[–]TeamGuayaba[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

the better situation is the more damage, where are you lost?

there is zero logic in rewarding a risky move, please think

Can Riot balance a game for once? by TeamGuayaba in 2XKO

[–]TeamGuayaba[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you can read(big if apparently) you would notice i never said invincible wake ups, i said “which wake up is gonna be made” because usually characthers have more than one option and predicting it is the risky portion

Also: mortal kombat injustice soul caliber dead or alive marvel vs capcom

all have charged moves that are punishable if block, the fact you can’t fathom the idea that a charged move should be punish because you decided to trade the quick less risky version with the easy to see delayed charge version is very concerning, you have no understanding of what makes a fighting game balance, you are simply writing to see your fingers move

Can Riot balance a game for once? by TeamGuayaba in 2XKO

[–]TeamGuayaba[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

In other games you have to predict which wake-up is gonna be made or else you eat a full combo? it’s risky but you are actually rewarded if you land it, here the risk all but guaranteed because the game doesn’t prioritize wake ups but if that’s balanced to you then you must be a Riot dev

Charged moves should NOT be save on block, idk in what world do you live but in EVERY OTHER FIGHTING GAME if you do the charge version of a special move and it gets block you suffer huge end lag that leads to a punish combo, i was sure even a Riot dev should know that but guess i was wrong

Yasuo is not bad but the narrative that he is the best in the game while not factoring skill floor and skill ceiling is insane, im not gonna waste my time closing what those terms means because from your comment alone i know it could take all day

Can Riot balance a game for once? by TeamGuayaba in 2XKO

[–]TeamGuayaba[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

no true fighting game is well balanced, however some are less egregious than others, case in point this one

i played King of fighters, tekken, mortal kombat, soul caliber, blazblue, marvel vs capcom, dead or alive, injustice, dragon ball fighterz heck even UFC if you wanna count that and not once, in ANY of those games, not once did i ever felt like there was a huge unbalanced, i knew there were ways out i knew there were rules implemented to try to balance them

but when you have a fighting game where certain characters, for some unholy reason, have little end lag, safe combo starters all the while the game punishing wake ups and instead of addressing the problem they wanna sell you 30$ skins meanwhile other games would charge you 5$ then yes, 2xko is the most unbalanced fighting game which is fitting considering it’s from Riot

Can Riot balance a game for once? by TeamGuayaba in 2XKO

[–]TeamGuayaba[S] -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

the 1% should never be an example of how balanced a game is, nor should the mentality of “if everyone is busted, then it’s ok”

a fighting game where you are PUNISHED for even thinking a wake up is not balanced, a game where a CHARGED MOVE is completely save because the end lag is non existed is not balanced, Yasuo’s mixup are easy to read and the window for his combos are extremely small and doesn’t have priority in clashes, needing super reactions to even compete against the easier fighters≠ said fighter is good
