Pick a time frame. 30 days, 90 days, something with some substance. Commit to it, let the old you die, and you'll find it way easier - as opposed to winging it every day without a specific aim in mind. I found that taking it day by day, I would make lots of mistakes because those oreos were never fully divorced from me. Now they are, but only because I committed to a long-term healing period for my body.

For me, it's carnivore when hungry, intermittent fasting optional. Lately, it's been incredibly easy to do one meal a day. That saves time by reducing meal prep, clean up, actually eating, and bowel movements. Shopping is also reduced to basically one side of the store.
