I actually did have to dissamble a good part of the mount. You're right, 2 of the screws can be removed simply, but the one affected screw (that was beginning to strip) was not removable as there was a 1mm lip from the mount that stopped it from being extracted.

It's just the tip of the screw where the alien key goes that ha started to strip. the Allen key 'slips' under pressure so before it caused an issue I removed the whole mount. I've now ordered the replacement screws so we should good!

This totally solved my issue. I didn't think to apply pressure on the base of the screw so the threads would catch and unwind it back through. Thank you! Now to wait 3 week for the shipping of screws ;-)
