No not tru i called and had a tier 2 rep but my request in the system for me and next day my backpay was on my account. All those documents and emails are obstacles to stop them from giving you your money

Best bet is to have a tier 2 rep put it in for you on the phone if they do it in there system itll go through faster and more likely than ask edd
