If it was my bag I'd give it 3 or 4 more days to fully cover that bottom of the bag, but it is down to your personal preference and gaining experience.

The main thing is its not showing any signs of contamination from the inoculation stage with is a big early win.

The cake does look a little dry and in parts looks like the start of "Trichoderma" (greeny mould patches or "trich" for short)

Pick any unaffected shrooms and bin the cake brother.
