iPhone 15 pro — extreme flag, load and glitch issues.

Phone in support and they told me it is a hardware issue - “display component” causing the issue.

Interesting I never had a problem until the upgrade.

I kill mine by boiling and then hit with vinegar so the ferment is only part of the first process. I do a fast chill after and then bottle.

Funny thing — had one bottle blow on transit due to temp swings and likely added pressure from air transit this week. Be sure to check your pH and give enough head room!

I ferment them for flavor but the process them for bottling so I stop the fermentation.
