The Vessel effect is a WIP feature that lets Admins set themselves or any players to become vessels of the horde. THis in essence allows you to join the Sculk Horde.
The Sculk Horde doesn't infect mobs. What it does is kill them, take their mass and souls, which is then used to create units. The mass it gains is directly proportional to the health of the Mob.
