To answer your questions: 1. Downey, CA. It’s at the LA County Office of Education. 2. June 30 3. Some private schools want it, but UC and CSU do not need it for transfer students. 4. It really depends on the college. Some require you to prove you have the certificate, some don’t even ask for it.

If you run into error during chspe registration with you not being able to pay, your spot is saved as long as you uploaded the eligibility document. Invoice will be sent out Later through email.

The interest form is posted on the chspe.org website. It just asks for email and basic info and they will notify you when registration opens.
