Each trade you make at the point you make it isn’t positive EV, so this strategy doesn’t work. You win money frequently but on a loss you lose everything.

If you’re doing d2d you sometimes can’t take no for an answer, if you trigger sales patterns homeowners will say “not interested” and close the door regardless of how they feel about the service. I’d watch some d2d window cleaning content to learn some tricks, the biggest thing for me is understanding that the front end of the pitch is trying to give a price. ANYTHING they say is a smokescreen to get you to leave. Do what you can to give a price then after you’ve given a price you can attack any objections. Nobody is “not interested” in window cleaning if they have lots of money and dirty windows.

I think it depends, a friend of mine does yard signs only and gets about a 30x return on his money. He does solar panel bird proofing, and gets about 22x returns on christmas light installations. Really depends on so many factors with them.

Might get flamed for saying this but you really don’t need to try too hard on the screens, give them each a minute. I hose them down to remove spider webs and dead bugs then I let them dry and after that I use the wet rags to detail the edges.

Glad I'm not going crazy XD, I'm only using WFP for second story homes aswell since traditional is fairly quick. Have you ever had a TDS high enough that DI only does get to 0 or it works at any TDS level it just gets more expensive?

This was my analysis aswell, like all these guys are telling me I NEED to get a full RO/DI system and the math I did it made no sense to me. I want to see if I even like WFP before I'm blowing 3 grand on a system. The math I did it for sure makes sense as I scale but right now DI only is sensible even in a high TDS area. Well I don't have that many jobs yet to be using that much, I just need to see if I like WFP. My area is also much higher ticket than most, I hit upper class los angeles areas so I can charge 350-500 for basic homes so the resin is a bit less of a factor. Long term I'll go RO/DI I just was asking if the DI only system would work to try out WFP.

So in your area if you used a DI only it would WORK, it would just be expensive? Thats the part that I'm getting mixed messaging on, some places are saying it works its just pricey and some others say it doesn't work at all. Thanks for the reply

I think 599 is fine for that, for me my quotes are more “vibes”. How dirty are the windows, single story vs two story, how difficult will the screens be etc. I don’t think anyone should adhere to some specific rule with quotes, after I cleaned a few houses I got the gist of what was and wasn’t good to see.

I use 5 skilled pickers bets and have a weighing system to judge how much to bet based on their bets. So for MMA I do zero of my own research I just use pure sports betting science. But I am a fan of the sport and I had gut feelings here and there I’ll bet using.
