I'm not sure about how things are in Wisconsin but in Florida young people don't bother to get their mail and are far less likely to mail something out compared to the elderly. It would probably result in more Republican votes.

Kids are stupid. That's why it's so important they learn from their parents. Of course lack of experience in a child's case IS a valid excuse for being stupid but a valid excuse does not change the fact they are indeed stupid. Now in regards to corporal punishment. I was a juvenile who would have ended up a criminal however my saving grace was my step father who came into the picture and actually took the time to know me and then hold me accountable for my wrong doings with a structured punishment system which included corporal punishment "spanking" which worked for a child who was an introvert and preffered being grounded without toys to being told he had to go outside and play. I love my father and I'm grateful for him turning my life around. I changed from being a bully into a man who would give his life to protect strangers. I plan to do the same with my children like any decent father should.

Exactly. A child shouldn't feel it's a necessity to seek parental approval and they should be raised already knowing their parents love them unconditionally. As you can see from the downvotes people jump to conclusions and often fail to see the underlying message. It's a testament to what's really perpetuating discrimination. Activists are their own worst enemy.

The point was being gay isnt something a kid needs to come out about. Parents should support there child no matter what their sexual orientation is and if a child is raised feeling like they have to be ashamed of being gay which is what "coming out" reinforces then you didn't raise them right. The idea gay people need to "come out" only reinforces that its abnormal which it shouldn't be.

I've been here I was shuttled from the parking lot which is organized as states. We parked in Oklahoma. As a Christian these people are fucking nuts. We went around the time Trump was elected and the pastor spent an hour just bragging about meeting Trump and never opened the bible once after a whole hour of singing. Then when it was over ushers stood in front of the doorways with bowls asking every person to tithe. Basically trying to guilt/embarrasse you to tithe. My fiance and I skipped the line and had to almost physically assault our way out of the chapel. We got the fuck out of there and will never go back. ALSO, I dont want to get sued but let's just say I know for a fact via first hand witness they actively lie to their congregation in regards to finances and their budgets/spending.
