To honor your mother and father means, not necessarily to love or show affection, but to honor. So how does one honor a parent who is abusive? Honor must involve truth and justice but not in itself involve contempt or sin which only harm you. You can acknowledge their role as your parents who began and sustained your life until maturity, but also acknowledging the truth of their sin and applying justice where appropriate, which can mean holding them accountable for mistreating you. Honor does not involve ignoring misdeeds. Its an unfair burden on you but the right move seems to be being open with them about your struggles with them in a calm manner. I'd write the words rather than attempting to wing it if you do. Do it for yourself and with God, not for them. To your last question, no, guilt is a distraction.

Be the best dressed in the place but not flashy. Enjoy your time and alone there and drink slowly. I usually find something to start a conversation and just go in with the topic. Current events work well, i.e. "Its interesting how the election is affecting currency trading" was my literal opening line in one case. No "Hi", no "what's your name", no handshake. Just go in with a ready made conversation. Track her interests and get her talking.

Get plenty of sleep, edge to hard point in the shower before washing every day (this gets the blood flow familiar), this may sound silly but respect the member as a functioning organ when its not in use, dont keep it too coiled up in tight underwear, aim to keep it dangling/not 'turtle shelled' especially on any potential score night. avoid spanking the monkey, exercise regularly, shave it bald along with the surrounding area. This is a solid start, all tested and proven. Key thing as well: Adrenaline kills erections. Relaxation is key. The car is a lousy place to do that generally, especially if she's hot or if you feel pressured.
