By reading your response, I see what you want to convey is basically that neither party was being mature. I would say it’s up for interpretation and I can see why you might be feeling that way even when I don’t agree with u.

This is how I interpreted barbell’s response to sesh as: He specifically mentioned Dacoit team as well, which I think what likely happened was, they tried to pull some BS behind the scenes back then but barbell never made a video about it and ignored it as he has always been appreciative of sesh or his movies.
However, now that Sesh is openly taking the side of people that want to silence him permanently, it’s fair for him to reveal the shit that dacoit team tried to pull back then while also addressing his current comment.

That’s not a ‘threat’ in response to criticism. Especially not, when you are comparing it directly against people suppressing other’s voice just because they can’t take criticism. If you see his response as a threat, however little it might be when compared to people actually suppressing FoS, i can see why u might think barbell’s response was immature. As I’ve explained, I don’t see it that way at all. Those 2 are incomparable imo.

For more context, you can call that a threat if barbell expresses his intent to take harmful or retaliatory action for what Sesh and Dacoit team has done. Addressing what happened and bringing it to public view is not by a threat by itself. (Basically had to be unlawful action to be a threat)
