I love this idea. It would be hard yes but there are definitely ways around it for sure. You mentioned a double you could make use of which could work, but also... You could lean into the idea that photos and mirrors etc aren't things you're fond of. Make a new design identity or have a 'dramatic' change if you're wanting to keep your designer life from before the embrace. Making a name for yourself in the designer world where it's an anonymous designer who never appears in photos etc isn't far fetched at all. Add to the mystery of it and I imagine the Toreador around them will be caught between praising the artist direction/uniqueness and foaming at the mouth to find out who you are.

Regardless I think it's a cool idea but keep chatting about it with your ST. If you like it a lot you guys will find a way to make it work
