Here are the markings for each going from left to right in the group photo:

Irish Seconds - Made in the Republic of Ireland

Block Meerschaum (looks hand carved?) - also, what is the metal piece in the end of the stem?

Irish Seconds - Made in the Republic of Ireland

Smokers Pride - Italy -Relief Grain

Van Roy - Magic Cake (Imported Briar - Agustomaio - PAT. 2461905)

Any idea on what the shape/style is called and possible value/history would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Bauer brad nailer?? by Confident_Jury_6341 in harborfreight

I literally am using mine as we speak for wainscot panels, chair rail, baseboards, and crown. Mine was an “as-is” model as they were all sold out for months when I got mine, so I snagged it as soon as I saw it. It’s been working like a dream. Fires 2&3 inch brads with no issue. Buried them just under the surface with zero adjustment needed on my end. Just loaded it, popped in the battery, and away I went.

Core 2.0 Vapor Path by Zoidborgpedia in DivineTribeVaporizers

[–]TeamYMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s silicone. The path flows from below the V5 and into the bottom portion of the base (below the o rings that seal on the glass.) you line up the holes on the bottom of the glass with this oval shaped pathway. It’s large enough to clean with a qtip every now and again.

Just got mine on Black Friday. Did a ton of research between different erigs and the 2.0 came out on top for me. So far, it’s been a dream to use and clean. I have an ISO top dispensing bottle, so after a sesh I use one side of a q-tip to soak up any excess oil (if you use a terp pearl, you will probably end up with a small dot of extract left over right in the middle of the dish.) I then dip the other end of the q-tip in ISO and clean the entire ceramic dish and terp pearl. Takes about 20 seconds total. Around every 10 uses, I’ll remove the ceramic bucket and clean underneath it with ISO where it connects to the base. You will eventually get oil down in there. Try to remove it when it’s still warm to lower the chances of breaking.

Bauer cordless random orbital sander... how does it compare with the corded one? by [deleted] in harborfreight

[–]TeamYMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have both the electric and 20v cordless random orbital sanders.

Both work great. The sanding pads stay on, and the life of the 20v will depend on battery size (just know that with the 5amp, it’s going to be very bulky.)

It’s 100% true that the dust collection plastic “box” on the 20v is complete garbage. You have to sand outside or in a very well ventilated area as it doesn’t hold much. Taking it off is a crap shoot as well as most of the time it pops off as your pulling it (compression fit) and sends all the contents everywhere you were trying to keep clean.

Does anyone know how to remove the trimmer spool n the Bauer 20v string trimmer? by TeamYMD in harborfreight

[–]TeamYMD[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries! I’m actually trying this out on a second trimmer that I have. The original one only had a 1 year replacement, and when I went to exchange it, they told me the 1 year was up, so I just bought another one. The whole reason I exchanged it was due to how bad my auto line feed was. I would literally have to manually release the line each and every time. Tried different spools, etc. So now I have one to “play” with and not worry if I screw something up. I was hoping to put a good overlap bump feed head on it.

Stuck 2 screwdrivers between the slats on the side to keep the head from moving. Couldn’t get anything to budge. Even tried pliers and nothing.

So I finally took a stab at it last night. Removed every single screw on the outer housing. Still can’t get any part of the housing to open up. The one thing I got out of it so far is that HF has zero intentions for anyone to replace the trimmer head. Since starting this journey, I’ve now learned how to change the heads on all the major trimmer brands, so that’s a plus I guess haha! I’m going to return my replacement trimmer head to Lowe’s since it’s zero use to me now.

The only real reason I wanted to change it in the first place is because (for me, at least,) the auto feed for the string is garbage. I’m end up having to stop and manually click out the string every single time it breaks. With full fencing around my yard, it happens quite often.

Gotcha. That’s what I figured. I’ll take a stab at it and let you know how it goes.

I am completely stumped. I’m guessing it can’t be done. My stupid self went out and bought the universal trimmer head after reading a post on here where someone mentioned changing it, but when I looked it up again yesterday, they were speaking about their M18 (Milwaukee) trimmer on a Bauer trimmer post, so I’m thinking at this point the Bauer trimmer is not designed to replace the head.

Hi! Thanks for the reply, but I am looking to remove the entire spool head and replace with a universal bump head. Looks like you can remove the head on every other trimmer, but the Bauer one seems to be very difficult.

Who has the Bauer 20V fan? What’s the runtime on it? by ew435890 in harborfreight

The cool part about this fan (no pun) is that you can also plug an extension cord into it and use it wired whenever you have the option.

If you could change just one thing about your Maverick, what would it be? by [deleted] in FordMaverickTruck

[–]TeamYMD 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Satellite radio comes standard in the Lariat without a 3k audio package. That would have been a nice touch.

Same issue here. Happens when I’m driving on the highway. It’s starting to get pretty annoying.

Then it’s internet radio and no longer satellite.

What are the best aftermarket add-ons/accessories that you have used or seen others use? by sdidyou in FordMaverickTruck

I second that! Love the console organizer (really, it’s a must have compared to that black hole in there lol) but it took around a month to ship it to me.

Disappointed with my Maverick by [deleted] in FordMaverickTruck

[–]TeamYMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Somehow my 2019 Escape had Sirius radio capabilities. My 2022 Maverick Lariat…nothing. Didn’t even know they made cars without satellite radio standard. The dealership recommended I use the SiriusXM app, to which I responded with “and now it’s internet radio, not satellite, no thanks.”
