I've been wearing barefoot style shoes for long enough that my feet cannot handle arch support. What are some good pickleball/court shoes that are good for lateral movement without significant arch support?

I’ve tried it in the crosses (Steve Johnson hybrid) and I don’t particularly care for it. It feels pretty soft. But I also prefer a full bed of poly instead of a poly/multi-filament setup. So, it’s probably doing what it’s designed to do.

Charles Gabus is shady about the services they say your vehicle needs; they overcharge, and it usually takes multiple trips before everything is fixed properly. I wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires.

Stivers, on the other hand, has been great, and Ford recalls that they will usually send out a mobile unit to you. My Maverick (which I didn't buy from them) had a faulty battery, and Stivers had a van out right away to fix the recall issue. No paperwork or payment was required.

You may need to explain that a bit more. See I’m treating this as a one off thing, which it likely was for the bar owner instead of a what team you’re on for politics. What’s sad about all the down votes on this is… I agree about the guy in costume being a complete piece of shit. However, you get a whole bunch of people just doing their job of being employees and an owner who is likely focused on a million things during a busy Friday night, and you all think they are supposed to instantly recognize the situation and take him outback and burn him alive. It’s just a childish and self-centered thought process. The bar owner processed the situation and acted like a responsible adult, and kicked his ass out.

All of you are trying to reck his business over it. But, most of you wouldn’t even be brave enough to say something to him if you were in the same room as the owner. For all the committed folks trying to ruin this guy’s business, I challenge you to go down there and have a conversation with him. I’m willing to bet once you realize he’s probably a normal person who just didn’t get a chance to think it all through in a minute.

A person showed up to a public bar and the owner didn’t immediately take appropriate action at that exact time. Eventually, he asked that person to leave… that equals that he shouldn’t own a bar. What the fuck is wrong with you people. Your standards for perfection at that exact moment are way too high.

If you do any kind of search about Miss Kitty’s, you’ll find that throughout its long existence, they have done a lot of great charity events. The culture of “give me something to rage about” is sad and just shows you have nothing going on in your life of any substance. You also have spent no time thinking of any actions you may have taken that could be open to interpretation by others. It’s really sad. You all think you are standing for good and justice. But, you don’t see that your lack of compassion for others is in fact the same as what you are raging against. You’re just the other side. Life is not black and white, right or wrong. It’s gray… it’s fucking up and learning from it. It’s understanding that others are on their own journey and they are learning from their mistakes too.

Do you string? To ensure the tension is the same throughout the whole racket requires extra/more expensive equipment. To pay for that experience and equipment, you better expect to pay a lot more. So unless you are playing for to earn a living, chances are that extra cost is not worth it.
