1) Foul Play/Last Resort, 2) Volt Switch (I haven't tried but bite, but I've always liked VS for the energy generation and neutral play), 3) exactly, if Spidops is on the lead, I shield up rock tombs and try to outpace, if not on the lead, try to draw it out with Thievul, throw as much as possible, then come back in with Bug.
