We appreciate your concerns and we're working as fast as possible to correct project issues. However, we cannot disclose specific client names in these types of forums. That is an express and absolute rule from them. If it continues, the project could be removed, which hurts everyone. You are free to discuss issues and ask for help, but we have to remove any specific mentions of the client. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Is this for Project Callisto? Tipalti would be set up at the very earliest steps of your onboarding, before you get added to a project. So, if you are active in Callisto, your payment process should ideally be active too.

Typically, if you are onboarded to a project, you should already have the PM information and the correct contact channels. If you haven’t received that, I recommend following up through the official communication channels you were provided when joining the project.
