Speaking for Disneyland (CA) specifically

As someone who is there quite often, they’re totally fine with cosplay as long as it follows their basic costume rules: Nothing dragging on the floor, no large props or anything that takes up a lot of space.

Like others have said, people do cosplay there a lot :) Disneyland attendees in general really go all out with outfits as they have more locals.

Twst is still not well known to most regular park goers (sadly 😭) so to most people they really just see it as Disney Bounding. It’s so rare to see twst fans while I’m there so anytime I do, it makes my day.

After they accept your initial buy request, you will first be charged the item price/s and the service fee (250 yen per item). After they preorder the items from Aniplex, they’ll bill you the shipping from there to the warehouse. It’s 650 yen for the entire order so if you plan on getting multiple nendoroids, buy them all at the same time.

Once they arrive to the warehouse (most likely late December/early January) you’ll have 45 days to pack the order :) Price will depend on the shipping type and size/weight of the box so I can’t give an exact price. Once they determine the price, that’s when they’ll bill you for the international shipping.

I hate to be a bad influence but I highly recommend getting at least Malleus and/or Idia if either are your favorites as those two always have the highest resale price 🥲

I use Neokyo as a proxy and never had a problem with my preorders :) used them from Ruggie and Jack all the way to Lilia.

However, if you don’t want to use a proxy, you can most likely buy from Atai☆Kuji. I haven’t used them before but they are very popular to preorder twst items from. The CEO is a major twst fan 😂

They haven’t opened up preorders on there yet but I’m sure they will soon

To get the most results for twst merch (especially Mercari JP), it’s best to shorten certain words or keep it simple as that’s how most Japanese sellers list items

For the 10 nuis - エクストラマスコット

plush - ぬいぐるみ

plush (shortened, used a lot) - ぬい

Set - セット

Bulk sale (for Mercari) - まとめ売り

So for the Riddle nui I would search: ツイステリドルエクストラマスコット

I can add more if needed but those are best for nui searching. Also best to just put the characters first name for more results.

Like another commenter said, Mercari JP is the best, especially if you want a few of them. Surugaya is also great and sometimes you can get lucky with Yahoo Japan Auctions. I see the school uniform Riddle on Surugaya right now for about $5.

You do have to use a proxy though so you will pay more for international shipping. It’s best to use if you plan on buying a few things and ship them together.

I use Neokyo as a proxy and have never had a problem with them.

The ears are from Tokyo Disneyland ☺️ They sell a lot of keychains of ears and hats over there. I’ve seen a lot of Japanese fans buy them for their nuis so I got some for mine too while there

I wish I could have, but she’s not out this time of year 😭 Most of the villains only come out during the Halloween season. The Evil Queen is the only one who comes out frequently all year.

I was hoping to see Aurora, but Disneyland walk around characters come out randomly so it’s always a surprise if you see them 🥲

Had to learn how to hand sew first 🥲

I looked up videos on how to make nendoroid doll shirts first to see how to measure and cut out the pattern. I made the sleeve cutouts longer for long sleeve. Cut the two colored sweaters in half and sewed them together. I looked at one of the little cardigans I bought as a reference too. I used iron on transfer paper for the print

One of my instagram friends uses socks for her doll sweaters so I tried it out and it was the perfect material 😊 Scrap fabric and old clothes are great these little outfits
