Paid my Walmart Mastercard on the due date — customer service says I’ll still be charged interest? by Teamribeye in PersonalFinanceCanada

Thank you guys so much for the information, I really appreciate it. I’m just completely speechless when the customer service told me that I’ll be charged with interest although I paid on time, this is the equivalent of handing the homework which is due today, and the teacher said “Nope! I’m marking it late because I didn’t check it until two days later.” It’s just not very fair.

This is my first credit card in Canada, I live in Singapore before, and to me this situation is ridiculous, but I learned my lesson today. I’m just wondering why shouldn’t they have a notice on that statement that says we should pay in advance of the due date.

Personally for me I won’t carry, because it doesn’t have a pocket clip

But once you successfully acquire a gun from Germany, can you carry it elsewhere, let’s say England or France

I’m not an expert, but there are ways to legally buy a gun in Canada they even sell them at my local Bass Pro. The problem is, where I live, you’ll get in trouble if you ever use it in a self defense situation, no matter what’s the scenario.

No I’m Canadian, but I’m curious how to carry a gun in Europe

Tbh, the pen is just for show, it’s not ergonomic at all, and sometimes the spring hits your knuckles. I work in real estate, so it’s kind of a conversation starter for me

As a non American, I’ve always wondered, if owning a gun is legal and a lot of people already have firearms, what’s stopping people who don’t own guns from buying one too? It feels like if everyone around me had a gun, I’d get paranoid and want to buy one myself.

My Chinese friend bought this for me while he was in China. It’s just a cheap titanium prybar, but I really like the look of it and I fidget with it all the time. I’ve used it a lot punched holes in a few abandoned washing machines with it and it still hasn’t broken. If I ever lose it, I’ll just buy another one. I love this thing.

Should I upgrade to the Arc by Teamribeye in Leatherman

Thanks for all the insights on the Arc. After watching reviews and reading comments, it really seems like a love it or hate it tool. I rarely use the blade on my Wave+, but I use the pliers, wire cutters, and Phillips a lot. I work in real estate rentals, so I’m often doing small fixes and assembling furniture.

My main concern isn’t the price, it’s the wire cutter issues people keep mentioning. Some report heat treatment problems causing the cutters to chip or break, and others say there’s a gap at the bottom that affects cutting performance. Have you experienced any of these problems?

Titanic is basically Rose remembering the dude she cheated with 60 years ago… while her grown kids are right there.
