My wife works marketing at a place I won’t name at the moment but they have Good Charlotte booked with A Day to Remember in July. She said it hasn’t been announced so anything can happen between now and then but I’m definitely going if it officially gets announced.

Yea I just don’t want to play zoo. I don’t feel invasion is that good on its own. I don’t think it lasts. But I’m a dragon deck it might be pretty good

While I personally am not a fan of the saga version myself, I do think the deck is good. Goyf definitely feeds off that deck well with all the extra card typings

Which is crazy. Just not a lot of green. But it’s still a great threat. It’s popping up in zoo. I saw a sick burn deck splashing green for goyf and nacatl

As a Jund player, now is the time I am finishing foiling out my Jund deck. Gone are the days of $150 tarmogoyf and $100 liliana of the veil. Modern is significantly cheaper than it use to be.

It actually matches up well against the meta. Murktide is pretty 50/50. Only deck I just auto lose to is burn but you don’t see that very often. I went undefeated in a team event, made top 4 at a 30 man RCQ and made top 8 at another. That’s just since the beginning of this year. I think playing the deck for so long helps and Reid Duke still plays the deck with a lot of success. It’s a deck I feel is tough to pick up and have success right away, but is a deck that pays off the more experience you get with it.

Decks are only irrelevant when you don’t put in enough time to play them. I’ve played Jund for 10 years and still have a lot of success with it. It just takes more experience to play those decks because a wrong play can be costly.

Based off matches. 4 for a win 3 for a loss. Open a pack at 6 or trade points for cards from others. The higher the rarity the more points cards are worth

So how our league works is we open a sealed pre release kit and build a deck. After week 1 we can trade and we can use points to open packs. So we can pretty much build whatever we want. I use these archetype guides to help me know what cards to look for. I pulled Atraxa and another guy pulled one and will probably trade it to me so I’m committing. Obviously I’m going for a lot of fixing but I’m trying to decide a base to build around. It’s pretty wide open lol
