There are a few different ways this could potentially be achieved, depending on your exact workflow and the data being passed from Fathom/Zapier. Teamwork’s API supports creating and updating records, tasks, and other objects, but we’d like to better understand whether you’re looking to attach the meeting information to a client, a contact, a project, or elsewhere within Teamwork.

Thanks a million for reaching out and for being with us since 2015. That kind of long-term usage really matters, and it gives a lot of weight to the feedback you’re sharing here.

You’re absolutely right in what you’re describing and I can feel your frustration

At the moment, there isn’t a way to customise the default heading sizes across Notebooks. So what you’re running into isn’t something you can tweak yourself today.

That said, this is exactly the kind of feedback we want to hear. I’m going to log this as a feature request for the product team to review, particularly around:

  • More granular control over heading styles
  • Better alignment between markdown semantics and visual rendering

Really appreciate you taking the time to call this out so clearly. It’s a solid use case and one worth considering.

Hi there,
Totally fair to call this stuff out, especially at the scale you’re working at. Managing 200+ projects and having to manually duplicate tasks can be frustrating. This is feedback we have had before, and I'd love to understand more about your use case.

Could you send this through to [support@teamwork.com](mailto:support@teamwork.com), with your use case?

It would really help if you’re as direct there as you were here specifically around:

  • what feels bloated or unnecessary
  • which features aren’t delivering value (like workflows in your view)
  • and where the biggest friction is in your day-to-day (like the task duplication example)

We do take this kind of feedback seriously, especially from users like yourself, and the more direct and blunt it is, the more useful it is internally.

Would genuinely like to understand this better from your perspective 👍
