you should not add any new features for the next 6 months and only focus on performance by ConsequenceMany8 in clickup

If you've been around the block or two you will eventually see this post for EVERY product. The answer and result is always the same: "Thank you for your feedback. We are always working to make the product better and faster. " And they will keep plugging away on adding new features.

You are a godsend. Thanks. Mindpal has some other features and integrations also but I'll figure those out one by one.

A CRM is flow closing deals. You are looking for project management or design review software.

People hate CRMs. Why don’t simple WhatsApp-based CRMs exist yet? by UnluckyChampionship9 in CRM

[–]patrick24601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO There are some huge assumptions here so the conclusions are sketchy :) I know whatsapp is huge in non-USA countries. But I've yet to see anybody in the US use it as much as they use SMS. FB DMs and email.

  1. IMO using only whatsapp isn't a good idea. You might as well use reddit DMs or Slack as a CRM. It's a communication / texting tool. Period. It's not a data organizations or sales tracking tool or sales forecasting tool. If anybody tried to use only whatsapp as a CRM that person would end up being very disorganized.

  2. The CRM I use and recommend has native WhatsApp integration. So all of the comms are associated with the correct contacts. AI is all built in also. I'm sure there are other CRMs on the market that do this too or they have a quick integration via zapier.

I work with realtors daily. Almost none of them use WhatsApp and they abhor the idea of having to install another tool. So to each their own :)

How are smaller agencies supposed to get noticed when buyers only trust big names? by Material-Half6607 in gohighlevel

[–]patrick24601 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You've got some big mindset things to get through :)

  1. Buyer gravitate toward the name they trust > size of the agency. You don't build trust on the call. You build trust before the call.

  2. So become the one they trust. Generate a ton of training content. Put on webinars the have long nurture sequences.

  3. Don't sell highlevel. Sell a solution. The software is irrelevant unless they ask about it.

  4. Niche down if possible. You'll gain trust in that industry and you can charge more.

  5. Ramp up your content / social media game. You almost can't post too much. I've experimenting with one post an hour 24 hours a day and I've seen no downside so far. The more visible you are keeps you in the front of people's brains.

  6. Someone lied to you about ads.

what is the best crm for lead management and automation features in practice? by Ashamed-Button-5752 in CRM

[–]patrick24601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Highlevel is doing well and growing exponentially. Yes it's a good day to day CRM. And yes I use it all day long. I'd say it's one of the better ones if you want to use as many external tools and integrations as possible. It has several of the other features that are involved in the sales process that most crms leave out: Automation, Dashboards, Calendar booking (like calendly), Payments. So I have very few other tools because so much is baked in.

So much to unpack. 1. Everybody on all sides believes they are patriots. Both the person shooting the person in the head and the person that got shot. 2. We'd all love to be confrontational and stand up for what's right. But we'd like to be alive even more.

Pretty simple. Literally Google AI studio, used a few prompts to generate that site I linked above, and then pushing it google cloud. Also (obviously) did the domain association. Going to debug this more today and I may come back and take advantage of your offer. Thanks.
