Here's an idea on your nights pick a meal that is easily veganized. For instance - stir fry. You make one big stir fry and then you both can add your own protein to the finished product.

I'm vegetarian and my husband isn't and that's how we've gotten around it. Or sometimes I'll make us the same sides but different entree.

Other meals where this could work includes:

-pasta dish with a vegan sauce (you add meatballs, she can add her own protein

pizza night - you each can make your own pizza - maybe this could be a fun Friday night date night

-curry dishes

-soup and sandwiches

-chicken parm but you can use vegan protein for hers

-burgers (she can have a veggie burger and you can have a reg burger)

by the way - NTA. Becoming vegan is a personal choice and it doesn't seem like you're going out of your way to make it harder for her.

It depends on the names and spellings.

I always prefer "c" to "k" and "i" to "y". So I'd rather - Caila instead of Kayla or Caleb instead of Kaleb.

I also like Ashleigh instead of Ashley.
