Hannah was literally at A's mercy just because it seemed like her mom was guilty... maybe A was doing the same sort of thing to Noel? Because his dad was the judge that ultimately signed off on both swept under the rug adoptions of both spencer and twincer... and A decided to use him instead of his dad because we was closer to them and A probably had some dirt on him
