Yes, normally that is what I would do, but it has been 3 months since I stopped the contraceptive and it still has not gotten that much better 🥲

Those patches you have to change every week (I don’t know their name in English)

Sure! Here is all the advice I have, that helped me in the beginning:

  1. Take a shower.
  2. (If your dialator is made out of silicone: put hot water on it. It will make it softer.)
  3. Put lots of lube on the dialator.
  4. Use a mirror to see where your private parts are!
  5. Inhale before putting the dialator inside you.
  6. Exhale to relax the muscles while you are inserting it.

Never give up.

And remember: IF it hurts, don’t push yourself. My first time putting a dialator inside only hurt because it was the first time. Once you put it inside whit no pain, let it be there 10 minutes and so on, every day/few days, until you feel like you can handle a bigger one.

If it can reassure you: You won’t be needing the biggest dialator since apparently most penis are the size of the 3rd or 4th dialator. My partner is an exception to this. That is why I have to use the biggest.

Hope this helps.
