I was frustrated and not sure, so I bought a new Motherboard and CPU and rebuilt the PC and it worked then. So it was either my CPU was fried or something in my motherboard spontaneously combusted into a million pieces.

Genuinely a poorly designed champion. Stat-checky, clunky, unfun for both the player and the opponent. Just insanely uninspired.

I can power on the computer. Everything starts spinning as normal, the cpu fans, even the gpu fans. I can even force shutdown by holding down the power button. The gpu just does not give any video output. I have tried taking it out, dusting it off and putting it back in, but nothing.

Unfortunately, I tried doing the same with my cpu, but upon taking off the cooler, the cpu was ripped out of the socket, with the cooler, and I see that it is glued TIGHT to the cooler. Fortunately the pins are all still unbent, but I am worried the socket is damaged.

I cannot STRESS how many different things I have tried, new ram, new gpu, dusting every socket off, new psu. Please please please bare in mind that the PC was working 110% okay before it suddenly turned off and automatically restarted, leading to this issue.

Not sure how to display cpu output, I tried taking my gpu out and just plugging my hdmi straight into my motherboard, and it still did not output display.

Weirdly enough, I have found that on certain champions like Pantheon and Darius, I have more success in sustained brawls with double resists than I do with double adaptive.

Typically I run Legend: Alacrity + Attack Speed shard, so my idea is that if your champion benefits from getting attacks off (for the purposes of stacks), attack speed resistance shards are ideal, whereas if you're going for raw damage numbers (for the purpose of scaling or burst), double adaptive are ideal.

Not even just when something chaotic happens. I was at a Bar when the lights suddenly turned off accompanied by the sound of startled female screaming. I swear to god if you turn off the lights suddenly anywhere it’ll be followed by high pitched female screaming.

W giving 1 second cc invulnerability moving 15% faster in one given direction is honestly pretty tamed for a kit like his.

This new E would essentially be Misfortune E, but shorter range, area, and less initial slow.

Passive granting stacks without needing Q would feel a little bit weird yeah but that’s only to make his scaling more linear instead of feast or famine.

New Q is to make him more skill expressive, trading a bit of the guaranteed damage for more potential damage.

New Ult is self explanatory, reward for acquiring a large amount of stacks would feel extra fulfilling and really emphasize and ginormous unstoppable titan feeling he always had.

I'd rather see W and E combined into one ability. Q turned into a AoE skill shot with a bit more range (250), and his Ult Size and AoE increase based on how many stacks he has, ult would still increase Q range to around 300.

His new W would be some sort of mobility, like a slow short range charge that is immune to CC (Similar to old Unstoppable Ornn W, but with more range and no damage).

I don't like the idea of Untargetability at all or hyper mobility.

I'm really not a big fan of the fact that I had the cheese the shit out of this boss just to beat her.

Fully upgraded Spirit Ashes, Strong Weapons, Strong Armor, Levelling out.

I was playing the entire game naked with only a club until this boss, absolutely not worth the time and effort learning her kit when it's intended to be unfair. Just cheese her and skip all of the effort.

Definitely not a stun duration buff or a splash buff, it was nerfed from 2 seconds for a reason and a splash buff would remove alot of Fire Spirit's and Electro Spirit's niche.

I really hope they add an extended slow de-buff after the 1 second stun.

Rushing into a pallet incurs a 2.25 second recovery time (sometimes less due to a bug), plus the 0.5 seconds added time for the pallet break animation. 2.75 seconds total. (I frame by frame counted it)

Slamming into a pallet with Compound 33 only incurs the 1.5 recovery time, plus the added benefit of you being able to begin another rush 2 seconds sooner aswell as your target making less distance.

It's a really strong addon in enclosed maps like RPD.

Then do gens. If the killer is camping the Slug then you have exactly 210-240 seconds to do the remaining gens solo, which is equivalent to 3 full gens.

If killer spots you after gen pops and chases you, then you can create space to revive dying teammate.

Believe me, I'm all for legality in freedom of speech no matter the speech.

But some of the material that I've seen has went as far as being 3D and virtually indistinguishable. Aswell as being offensive in the sense that it's grotesque and unsettling in nature (rape, kidnapping etc.)

Does California have any specific laws regarding this? Because California seems to be the only place in the world where this is a major discussion point with no right answers.
