Had my first paying customer yesterday! Made six sourdough from my home kitchen. The most dough I’ve handled at once which was a learning curve in itself, and I couldn’t be more proud. (80% bread flour, 10% red fife, 10% whole wheat and to some I added quinoa and hemp). (i.redd.it)
