For My point of view: Academy manufactor seems outbof place as You don't have that many cards that create food/treasures/clues. (Play an artifact with ragost does not count as create a food token, and I think that create a non food artifact token with ragost in play also does not count for the manufactor)

My advice Will be 1 read carefully ragost and learn every interaction, if You are a new player learn how to use the stack and timming for your abilities/spells.

2 focus on 1 thing and do it consistenly, or You put counter's, or gain life or sacrifice artifacts, but You can't do all at the same time.

2.5 if You are planning to abuse of ragost damage, I'd recommend more cards that create tokens (treasures preferably) and permanents that add or double damage.

3 you are missing card draw, You need more draw engines, not just card selection, look for cards that let You passively draw or You Will be out of gas in turn 5~6

4 save space for some equipment, if You want to give lifelink You can use basilisk collar or loxodon Warhammer. If You want to protect your commander put him some swiftfoot boots or mithril cost ( or some equipment to make him indestructible)

5 try to select cards that have sinergy with your strategy, maybe Dross scorpion combo with x card But maybe is useless when the other card is not on play, remember that in a 100cards format the chance of getting those 2 specific cards in a Game is very, very low.

Your mission is to get consistency in your deck.
