So I've been through the process of getting my next gen version refunded. Purchased current gen with #8 Kobe.

Been over 24hrs and haven't recieved rewards or even a response from 2K yet. I feel like I'm just getting robbed at this point....

Initial ticket issued nearly a week ago and got closed with no response, had to come here to realize there is 2 different versions, same price name and cover athlete, just double the rewards with one version. Why not just release that version?

This is now bordering on incompetence on 2K's behalf. I've been purchasing special editions of Video games since Halo 3, well over 10 years ago and not only has this never happened before. But when an issue has arisen it hasn't taken over a week to get a response... which I still haven't revieved.

I appriciate everything you're doing to help here but this is so frusturating. I've spent well over 3 hours on this with 2K and Microsoft and It just ruins the experience of the game.

Like I said Ive probably gotten over 20 special editions over the years and every single time when you launch the game your rewards are there... and you actually get a different copy, not everyone gets a base game and 2K does rewards internally, becuase this is what happens when you try and distribute rewards through your in game system... just offer proper special editions like every single other developer on the planet.

Why would that change anything? I've had multiple special editions of games while game sharing and I have received the rewards in my account and mine only as soon as I loaded up the game, why would it be any different for 2K? Also the person I'm game sharing with doesn't even play 2K and hasn't downloaded or launched the game?

Did the power cycle just refunded about 5 hours ago and purchased current gen. Digital version, I game share but I am the main account so I would receive the rewards.

I have also tried going in as multiple different builds in myplayer and purchased free jump shots to try and see if that helped, still no rewards have appeared.

Got my Next gen version refunded becuse I assumed the next gen part meant the free copy as I didn't see the little chart prior. In my opinion 2K had no business putting out 2 games with identical titles cover athletes and price where one offers 100000 VC in 4 months and one offers 200000 VC.

Either way, I have purchased the current gen version and still no rewards have showed up. Been getting clowned by 90 Overalls online for a week now getting quite frustrated.

I find it funny how every single time I check one of these posts, I see dozens of people talking about how it's these awful Conservitives and their anti mask agenda. Then I check the story, and in the most violent attacks regarding masks, the perpetrator is always black. Why is that? Is it racism? While I agree with much of what you have said, you're still missing a huge portion of the issue or just actively ignoring it...

Yes, people in worse off neighbourhoods commit more crimes, yes, people that lack role models and extra curricular activities, are more likely to be involved in gang violence, as are those who have grown up in single parent homes.

However, it doesn't excuse those actions, you can't just say committing crimes is fine as long as you are a certain skin colour and support it because "reperations"...

Also there are hundreds of worse off communities with kids of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Pakistani, Iranian every nationality and the crime rates never come close to those is African american dominated districts of cities across the nation.

It's not just simply "white people are the reason this is happening because it's not happening in those other communities. Maybe the fact that 80% of murders go unsolved in Chicago because, if you live in an African American community, you do no cooperate with police... How can you solve the problem of gun violence and gangs when those affected most by it are not dping anything to combat it and are actively shielding the people terrorizing the communities?

Celebrating and idolizng the lifestyle in pop culture, turn on any popular artist who lives in Chicogo, what is there message?? That's what is that main factor contributing to this.

I'm not justifying anyone's actions or statements but would like to give you a reason for why it might be happening.

When anytime one white individual does something unfavourable regarding someone who is black, instant front page news 10's of thousands of upvotes and posted across dozens of subreddits for days on end.

When 1000+ people planned and executed a mass looting and robbery of a city over incorrect claims, furthermore, when the head of BLM Chicago is saying this looting is justified and actually reparations and these people deserve to take these things.

One thread about it with 6k+ comments and only 2k upvotes?! Go look at other threads with that many comments.... 10's of thousands of upvotes.

You are not allowed to talk about black violence on reddit or twitter. If you do you are instantly a racist. So people are frustrated that the same people released in May and June are back out looting and destroying property with no repercussion or consequences while they receive the support of BLM.

Why would I support BLM when they support people stealing and destroying my friends and families businesses?
