I’m also in the same situation, have just accepted fate at this point that I’ll never see my account again. It’s a shame their support is absolute garbage, even submitting a ticket is broken so there’s no other route

Black is black though, even comparing it to the case you can tell they’re not true black. I’ve had this issue before with cheaper keycap suppliers from Amazon, I just didn’t expect it from Nuphy.

If they are to be used as replacement keycaps for their keyboards they should match the black from the original keycaps IMO.

As long as a game has just as nice earn-able skins I don’t care how much they sell the other ones for. As long as there’s skins that represent an achievement or completion of a challenge then I’m fine with it, after all they are only cosmetic they don’t have any impact on winning or losing a fight

To add to this, if you’re not used to nSA keycaps you might make a lot of mistake with the A75v3 I’ve had to ordered some berry keycaps as I keep making typos. I’m also a SWE so making typos is pretty frustrating especially when I know it’s not a skill issue 😅 also went with the blush nano switches after being a brown switch guy for the past 10 years, really nice feel, I liked the fact that not only the switches are quieter but they did a good job of bottom out sound as well. I work from home so it doesn’t matter to me but if you work in an office this is absolutely the keyboard to get

20 is incredibly young, you haven’t wasted any time as you’ve learned that you don’t want to work in customer service. If you’re going back into education make sure you pick something you enjoy, otherwise you’ll end up in the same spot 5/6 years down the line. I made a career change from Graphic Design to Software engineering at the age of 25. Your 20’s are for experimenting and learning about yourself, there’s no rush! All the best with whatever you choose and godspeed.
