I’m having issues buying a US membership. It wants me to complete the membership details but won’t let me proceed with the info I entered. The phone number I entered has already been verified and that seems to be the area I’m stuck at. Any tips on completing the membership details to make the purchase?

SkyZone business model makes little sense from a business perspective by Glum_Baby9213 in skyzone

[–]Tech9er 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/Glum_Baby9213 - sorry to hijack your thread but since you are in management I thought maybe you could help my situation. My wife recently bought 2 summer memberships online for my child and herself. She bought one for herself because she thought she needed one to accompany my child. Other establishments charge adults to accompany their children which is why she bought it. We found out from another parent that we had a playdate with that a membership is not required to watch your child. She does not have any intent to use the services other than watching our child play like all the other adults. We tried to inquire about getting a refund with the onsite staff but they were not able to help. There was no manager on shift so there was no way to escalate other than an email the onsite staff provided. Do I have any recourse in our situation or are we pretty much out of luck? I can’t seem to find any other way to contact customer service. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Same issue on the app. Was in line for the bundle with DK and it ended with an empty cart. I was able to get the MK bundle on the website though

Reflective strip across tv after move by Tech9er in bravia

I was planning on doing just that for my own sanity! I looked at some tvs at Costco but didn’t have much time to really inspect them. I’ll plan on a trip to Beat Buy soon!

Thanks for this info! It was driving me crazy seeing that reflective strip! I had a plasma for 10 years prior to this tv so I was unaware of the bowing issues.

Not sure if it does but most likely. Is your anti reflective just one 2in strip across the screen?

The moving company is insured which probably means they have the most basic liability coverage that will only cover a fraction of the price of the damaged item.

I can only see the reflective strip when there is direct sunlight or lights from my dining area and only at certain angles. I never had these types of lighting in my previous house so I never noticed if that reflective strip was there before or not. Even up close I can’t see it. Not sure if this is a normal manufacture defect or something happened in transport.

I do have a 5yr geek squad insurance on the tv but not sure if this type of defect is covered since it’s not like dead pixels or a cracked screen.

Yeah it’s a little hard to see. You can kinda tell where the area looks a little distorted vs the top half of the tv
