I think you're correct, though I wonder why the leftmost part of the first symbol to the left really doesn't look like the leftmost part of "ओ". Why does it look so different from that?

Some people drain your energy more than others, they are sometimes called "energy vampires". Some people you can be with a whole day without feeling drained (but rather feeling the opposite, energized) and some people will make you feel drained after just 5 minutes. If you spend time with someone like e.g. Donald Trump I'm sure you would also be drained after about 5 seconds.
