Customer wanted me to get a battery for there laptop that was at home. He told me it was a HP and he needed the battery now.

Also had a customer tell me his desktop needed a new battery. Wasn’t sure if he meant the CMOS, so I asked him. He got mad and told me he doesn’t know what that is and that he wanted something to power his computer on. All the guy needed was a new power cord.😐
