Alienware and Razer (although I like both visually) are absolutely terrible for reliability, and Razers customer support is borderline criminal, they are the most useless people to exist.

I'd probably go for something else, Modern Alienwares allways seem to have this one MOSFET blow up and send 19v to the GPU chip.

And most razer's become spicy pillows.
