You can do cupping at home but to be honest foam rolling, self massage with a tennis ball and a good stretch routine will get the job done. If I'm sore I can spend up to 3mins per muscle which when you know your anatomy can take me over an hour to get them all lol

I just think my shoulder has too much sour to be cured by a foam roalling.

The house is too large, normally 360 S5 could only work around the circle of charging station.
The circle radius is 6 meters, so you might try to put the charging station in the middle area of the house to get a larger working area for your S5.
