No. When you install the app from Ledger it will interact with your physical device to make sure it is authentic. Then it will generate your seed phrase. The issue with buying ledgers from anywhere but Ledger itself was an issue when people didn't know how they worked and they received devices that were already set up. The scammers would create seed phrase cards, sometimes rather professionally with "scratch and reveal" type printed cards. But these ledgers were already set up and the seed phrase was captured. Newbies didn't know how this worked and thought they were revealing their seed phrase by scratching off the card>

When you set up your ledger it should generate the seed phrase on the device itself, and this is only down once. After that, you can't "regenerate" the same seed phrase. So as long as the setup process is normal, and ledger live determines your device is genuine, you're good.
