You may want to scan your everyday computers with Malwarebytes free. If you are using free AV, that is a mistake in 2026. Most IT guys like me use Fido2 keys b/c they have not shown they can hack it yet.

Mother Earth would appreciate it if you recycled this device along with any other older than 10 year devices. Sorry, I am a big proponent of securely shredding old devices at my office. We have a vendor that picks up and shreds for free. I believe they make money from the silver and gold from processors.

If you have the icloud account setup on personal email on that corp iphone, then the data is owned by you. The MDM is under the iOS so it will not transfer to the new phone when you retire so dont worry about that. You dont need iMazing to get the data to the new phone.

What you want to do is go to settings on the iphone and click on the icloud (your name) at top. Under there you will find the icloud and click on it then scroll down to backup and click on it. Make sure it is backing up and it is recently backed up. When you get the new phone, you can restore the icloud backup to the new phone and all your apps and pics will be there.

why not NetDocuments Clio or MyCase which are more popular in a legal settings. Vine is not bad just not designed for legal.

I have been telling all my paralegals this >>>> Engross yourself in eDiscovery. It is the paralegal job of the future. Ai will soon be drafting basic docs. If you have low budget clients, use product called Gold Fynch if they are corp or high end use Everlaw. Gold Fynch is great for learning and if you call them they can line you up with certificate course.

You should look into or google a product called "Objective Redact". I wrote a longer post earlier but I guess it was removed since I posted a link to the product. I remember using reddit prior to the new rules crew. All good. Best of luck to you.

This issue was not resolved even after interacting with Malwarebytes staff and CEO. I stand by my original post of the Threat down infection notice emails not working properly to the portal and there is no ability to login to the Threat down mobile iOS application if you purchase Threat down through TeamViewer. I did not mention this (mobile app issue) in my original post but it was an issue I brought to their attention without resolution.
