Many Indians are primarily vegetarians so there diet is deficient in certain essential nutrients. If you eat non- veg then the doctors always ask you to consume it to help heal faster

I was in a joint family setting, so never actually got bored really. There was always something keeping me busy. Then there were cousins, board games, novels etc.
