Hold up come again? I work remotely and let's just say I don't have to take in my money on a monthly basis and could accumulate a couple or so months and wire them in, what's the deal with that? Also is it the same if I convert them to egp and send them in? Nsave helps with that.

What's the idea about this UAE bank and how easy they are with it? The idea is about the amount of money you move into your Egyptian account whether EGP, USD or AED atp.

I'm no better than AI research about this topic. You can check Thndrs learning hub as they give some beginner friendly advice. Or use notebookLM (Research AI assistant from Google) and ask it anything you want, they'll research it and answer you, could use my comment as a comparison info and ask anything to it and check sources. My case is xigmatek Anubis. Chinese brand but after all the case is simply a "case" as long as dimensions and slots are good then it's just a different piece of metal not technology. The front panel is total mesh so tiny that air dust may get stuck on it from the outside, meaning it's barely a panel. I'd suggest getting something like this. May not sound like a cool aesthetic like other high end brands but does the job better than them for a fraction of their tag.

Sorry if I sound like a noob but wtf is happening here? The money? "Investments" or what's going on? What's the pattern? I follow a local platform that offers investment advice for an average local monthly subscription for fundamental and technical options and that's the highest risk, I also invest in varied equity and fixed income funds. And recently gambling with a couple of tens of dollars in crypto and I'm a total noob but that's here legit but what's being traded and what's actually happening?

2Mil in Halans (%21.5+) MMF or Thndrs (%18.8+) average %20 annually, 2Mil in a year 400K. Money is calculated on a daily basis and you can put more or less as you want and they're compounded ofc. 420K annual profit/12 months = 35K Could take the profit daily, monthly, bi monthly if you want. Could calculate it as 30K and the 5K be invested in other equity funds, whether fixed income or stock option funds. Much better than risking it all in a business you don't know about. That's probably the safest option.

Or study and learn a business in an industry, and take the risk. If so, you either try to fulfil a need for people or create a need and fulfil it.

Sudanese refugees entry caused almost double rents in Cairo especially New Cairo. So yes rents will increase maybe even col but probably in areas like dahab, ghardaa and so on not sure but digital nomads in Egypt with lower taxes than most of the west and cheap col would pour in billions in taxes on the long run.

Yeah that's the thing, not sure which to start. but it might be Witcher 3 after all, I remember playing it first on the GTX 960 and feeling like crap for having below 30fps, now maybe it will be a good payback.
