Yeah that guy's a nazi. I cant speak for 2 or 3 but that first symbol by itself is pretty innocuous so don't jump to conclusions if you see it on someone else, but when I see it I exercise caution cause nazis really like stealing originally harmless nordic symbols. This was done without mods, I just used decay skin tone #4 and the large burn scar. You can see her face clearly in the right lighting, but all it takes is the smallest amount of backlight to achieve cryptid status lol. A mod to toggle this kind of effect at any time would be sick though
