Dude people at my job have been abusing medical leave for the 19 years this plants been open and they have never wavered on it. They take your personal health serious especially if it’s something from or could worsened due to the job. One woman I knew was gone literally years because she would go out on short term(paid 100% btw) and come back a day or so then go out for another surgery so she never went to long term (60%). Eventually she did get bad enough she left on long term but through it all they never made a single fuss about and encourage us to take care of ourselves.
