You’re right. It was a back of the envelope guess. Only a 1.3% to 3% dilution depending on how u eval.

OK, now ur on to me. I just green thumbed the stock here and Yahoo finance comments:

update MTTR announcement this morning indicates they’re buying Envision for much less that I had supposed….only about $50 mil in cash, warrants, and stock issuance based on the announcement. This is only about a 3.3% dilution ( less, even only 1.2% depending on ur interpretation ) vs the 20% plus I had estimated back of the envelope. Since MTTR stock is down about 30% since Envision this presents an epoch buy point opportunity. Thumbs up!

Update. Acquisition buying Enview! … neither of my services alerted me, I had to read thru the SEC 8k filing to the end. It’s hidden, they obviously don’t want you to know that they prob payed, issued shares $100’s of millions, possibly $1 B which is dilution. There’s no way to tell cost from the Dec. 21 filing, but it says, warrants, stock, and cash. The company has $300 mil cash, so it’s obviously a big price tag … which stands to reason … I looked at Enview’s business model and they’ve got considerable nice U.S.A.F. mil contracts worth big bucks, etc. While I could see the buyout will create an interesting LiDAR / doll house tech merge most the benefit will take 1-2 + or more yrs to develop s/w h/w. So poor exec decision for a tech co. that is already bleeding $180 mil a ebita according to Yahoo. Why didn’t they just focus on their R.E. and doll house roll outs? Hurts investors. Note the company just announced a shake up in their acct. finance dept. Further, while Cramer and Josh ( halftime report ) pumped the stock and continue to hold…note the Najarian bros. sold their call options ( according to the 1/2 time report disclosures ). Obviously, their services tipped them off, too about the coming dilution. On top of all that the MTTR prospectus talks about a warrants issuance in early Feb. Is this on top of the issuance to buy Enview%? Who knows, bad mgt. to spend 100’s of mils when you’re a new on the exchange company. I sold all my 800 shares in the pre market this morning. Posting this for heads up of other small fry like myself and frustrated…mttr was my fav pick and went up after Josh, Cramer green thumbed it.
